Ken Allen B.Bus.PNA FNTAA FTIA: Chairman

Mr Allen is a qualified accountant and has run a successful accountancy firm in Kalgoorlie-Boulder since 1991. He has been involved in the mining industry for over 20 years and is also a non executive director of Kalgoorlie Boulder Resources.

Kevin J Robertson: Managing Director Executive

Mr Robertson entered the mining industry in 1972 and has been actively involved, mostly at a senior level, in various mining operations throughout Tasmania and Western Australia, including positions of Open Pit Supervisor for the Savage River Iron Ore Mining Operation in Tasmania and as Mine Manager for a gold mining operation in Coolgardie, Western Australia. Mr Robertson is a certified quarry manager and has gained considerable experience in the gold mining industry from project development through to production.

Harold J Paiker B.Juris LLB LLM: Director Non Executive

Mr Paiker is a commercial lawyer and principal of his own practice. He qualified as a lawyer in South Africa and emigrated to Australia in 1987. In 1991 he obtained a Masters degree in law with an emphasis in Corporations Law.

Con Markopoulos: Director Non Executive

Mr Markopoulos is a tactical business manager with over 30 years of extensive international experience in petroleum and minerals exploration and development. He has significant experience in senior positions for a wide range of Australian and international publicly listed mining and other mining related companies as well as the provision of strategic consultancy services to the private sector.

Mr Markopoulos joined the Fairstar Board as a Non-Executive Director in April 2010.

Previous roles include Non executive Director, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Golden West Resources. Mr Markopoulos is also currently the Non-Executive Chairman of Aureus Pty Ltd and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Other senior management positions have included appointments with Pasminco, Shell Minerals, Beach Petroleum, Delhi Santos, ICI/Orica and Coles Myer.

Gary Lyons: Director Non Executive

Mr Lyons has extensive experience in corporate management, capital raisings, and company promotional activities.

Alan Thomas: Company Secretary

Mr Thomas is a Chartered Accountant and has over 24 years' experience in finance and administration, predominantly in the accounting profession. He is a Principal at WHK Horwath.
